Egg Curry 

Egg curry is a common recipe made in Indian homes and is usually made with boiled egg but it can also be made by just adding the raw egg directly to gravy and let it cook with gravy .
It is a delicious and a quick recipe and is a good try out if you are bored with eating regular boiled and scrambled egg .



  1. Onion-1/Diced
  2. Tomato-1/chopped
  3. Cumin seeds-11/2tsp
  4. Ginger garlic paste-2tsp
  5. Turmeric powder-1tsp
  6. Red chilly powder-2tsp
  7. Coriander powder-3tsp
  8. Garam masala-1tsp
  9. Green chilly-2
  10. Dry mango powder-1tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil-2tbsp
  13. Boiled egg-4-5
  14. Boiled potato-2
  15. Coriander leaves for garnishing


  1. Heat oil in a kadhai  and add cumin seeds ,saute for half a minute.
  2. As it splutter ,add onions and cook until it turns golden brown then add ginger garlic paste.
  3. After a minute add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes soften.
  4. Add the dry spices now except the garam masala and cook until oil leaves the side .
  5. Then add water(acc to how much gravy you want) and cook for 5 minutes,after that add the potatoes and egg 
  6. Cover the lid now and cook again for 5-10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and add garam masala and Serve.
