Poha/Flattened rice is an indori rice which is flattened into flat light dry flakes. These flakes of rice swell when added to liquid, whether hot or cold, as they absorb water, milk or any other liquid.
It is a very tasty and quick breakfast recipe and is very healthy too . Give it a try for this easy version of poha in my style!!!
