Tutti Fruity Cake

Tutti Frutti Cake is an easy food recipe made with maida, eggs, butter, sugar and tutti frutti.



  1. Eggs-2
  2. Butter-1/2cup
  3. Vanilla essence-2tsp
  4. Baking soda-1/4tsp
  5. Baking powder-1tsp
  6. Salt-1/2tsp
  7. Sugar-1cup
  8. Flour-11/2cup
  9. Tutti fruity-1/2cup


  1. Firstly line a baking tray with parchment paper and keep aside.
  2. Take butter in a bowl and add sugar to it .Now with the help of a hand blender beat it until fluffy and it combines well.
  3. Now add eggs one by one and beat again until both combines with mixtures.
  4. Now sieve the dry ingredients i.e. Flour ,baking powder,baking soda and salt through a strainer.
  5. Mix all the dry ingredients with the liquid batter prepared in  two to three different batches .
  6. Now add a little (1/4th cup) hot milk to the batter if needed to have a medium consistency of batter neither runny nor thick  
  7. Now mix tutti fruity leaving 1/4th aside into the batter
  8. Add the batter to the baking tray and top it up with tutti fruity 
  9. Dab a little to remove any airbubble trapped and bake at 180C for around 40-50 mins or till a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  10. Take out of oven and keep out for 10 mins and then cut jnto slices and enjoy!!
