Who doesn’t like enjoying crispy and hollow golgappa stuffed with masala made of potato, onion, chickpeas and drenched in sour and spicy … So here i bring if naking it at home in a very quick easy and correct way.



  1. Maida/all purpose flour-2cup
  2. Semolina-1/4cup
  3. Oil-1/2cup
  4. Baking soda-1/2tsp
  5. Water to knead dough


  1. Mix all the ingredients together and knead into a soft and smooth dough with very little water.
  2. Keep punching the dough whie kneading for around 5mins
  3. Let the dough rest for half an hour 
  4. Roll into a big round chapati and then with a bottle cap of your choice ,cut as many small panipuri as possible out of that big round chapati.
  5. Flatten each a little after cutting and before putting in the hot oil to deep fry in the kadhai.
  6. Fry on medium flame ,pani puri will inflate as soon as you add it to hot oik but if it doesn’t press a little with a spatula to inflate.
  7. Take out on a paper towel to let the excess oil drain out and to let it turn crispier keep them aside for 2-3 hours atleast.
  8. Serve them with boiled potato,chana,sweetchutney and masala water and enjoy this mouthwatering snack.
