Cake Frosting

Buttercream Frosting is a must-have on all of your special-occasion cakes. From birthday cakes to holiday cakes, you’ll get rave reviews from your family and friends once they get a taste of this great homemade frosting recipe!



  1. Whipping Cream-1cup
  2. Caster sugar-1/2cup
  3. Vanilla essence-1/2tsp
  4. Butter-1/4cup


  1. Place a bowl over another bowl or pan    full of icecubes and also refrigerate the bowl and hand blender attachments 1 hour before making the frosting.
  2. Now add whipping cream and butter (room temp)in the refrigerated bowl placed over icecubes until fluffy for 3-4 mins until soft peak consistency is reached
  3.  Then add caster sugar  and vanilla essence and keep blending until it reaches stiff peak consistency
  4. Now Cake frosting is ready for use.
