- Whipping Cream-1cup
- Caster sugar-1/2cup
- Vanilla essence-1/2tsp
- Place a bowl over another bowl or pan full of icecubes and also refrigerate the bowl and hand blender attachments 1 hour before making the frosting.
- Now add whipping cream and butter (room temp)in the refrigerated bowl placed over icecubes until fluffy for 3-4 mins until soft peak consistency is reached
- Then add caster sugar and vanilla essence and keep blending until it reaches stiff peak consistency
- Now Cake frosting is ready for use.
