- Unsalted Butter-3tsp
- Sugar-1/2cup
- Coco powder-1/4 cup
- Milk powder-1cup
- Chopped nuts of your choice
- Milk -if needed
Recipe
- Heat butter via double boiler method(putting a bowl over another pan or bowl with boiling water on a gas stove)
- As the butter melts add sugar .
- Now into it ,add the cocoa powder and mix until all lumps dissolve
- Add a little milk here if the mixture is too thick but be cautious while adding as adding more will not give the perfect fudge consistency.
- Now put the flame to low and add milk powder and mix well to make a smooth paste consistency ,add half of the chopped nuts and switch off the flame.
- Now grease a baking paper with butter and pour the mixture on it and give a chocolate shape(rectangular) andgarnish with left over nuts.
- Cover the baking paper from sides.
- Refrigerate for 4-6 hours and your yummy choco fudge is all ready!!
